S'mores Pie Pops

1 crescent dough sheet
4.4 oz Hersheys XL Milk Chocolate bar
1 c mini marshmallows
1 egg white, beaten
1 tsp granulated sugar
6 lollipop sticks
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough onto a lightly floured surface. Cut chocolate bar into segments. Cut crust into rectangles about 1/2 inch larger than chocolate. Place 3 chocolate segments, top with 10 mini marshmallows, on top of each rectangle of dough. Top with another dough rectangle. Roll edges and crimp with fork. Place pie pops on baking sheet and brush with beaten egg white. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 12-15 min. Allow pops to cool for a couple minutes before inserting lollipop sticks and pressing down into chocolate to stabilize.
