Dewberry Delight


CRUST
1-1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 stick Margarine or Butter, softened
1 c chopped Pecans
FILLING
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
TOPPING
1 qt Dewberries
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Water
1/3 c Flour
Mix crust ingredients and press by hand into 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 min. Let cool. Make filling by beating ingredients well and then pour over cooled crust. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 min or until set. Let cool. Create topping by mixing sugar and flour. Then add liquid and berries and cook over medium heat until thickened. Let cool and then pour over topping and crust. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Top with Cool Whip. May use fresh peaches or strawberries instead of dewberries also.
