Broccoli Cornbread

2 Pkgs Jiffy Cornbread Mix
4 eggs
1 16oz carton cottage cheese
1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed but not drained
2 sticks melted margarine
1/2 cup grated cheese (optional)
Pour 1/2 of melted margarine into 8X13 glass cake dish. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour into dish with melted margarine and bake at 375 degrees until edges are brown and top begins to brown. Leg cool slightly before cutting.
