Corn Flake & Hash

Brown Casserole

1 (30 oz.) bag Shredded Hash-Brown Potatoes, thawed
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup, low-fat
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Sour Cream, low-fat
1 Tbs. instant Minced Onion
1-1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese
2 cups Crushed Corn Flakes
3 Tbs. Melted Butter
Mix the hash browns, chicken soup, sour cream, onions and cheddar cheese in a large bowl until well blended. Lightly grease a 9"x13" baking dish and spread the mixture over the bottom of the dish. Spread the Corn Flakes on top of mixture and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.

Makes 10-12 servings.
