Chicken Casserole

2 cups Chicken, cooked and cubed
2 cups Celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup Almonds, toasted and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup Onion, grated
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Potato Chips, crushed
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
Butter a casserole dish on sides and bottom. Spoon mixture into dish, 8" or 9" in diameter and 2-1/2 or 3" deep. Sprinkle chips and cheese on top. Bake 10-15 mins. at 350 degrees.
