1 can ready to eat French Onion Soup
1 can sliced Potatoes, drained
1 can diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
1 pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1-1/2 cups Water
12 Frozen Meatballs, cut in half
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
In large pot, combine soup, potatoes, 1-1/2 cups of water, the tomatoes with liquip, vegetables, meatballs, and black pepper.|
Cover. Over high heat, bring to boil and cook until meatballs are heated through and flavors blend. About 15 mins. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Makes 4 servings.
