Tenn Tucky Blackberry


1-1/4 cups Sugar
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Butter, melted
2 cups Frozen Blackberries

Vanilla Ice Cream (Optional)

Whisk together 1 cup of sugar with the flour and milk just until blended. Whisk in melted butter. Pour batter into a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Sprinkle blackberries and remaining 1/4 cup of sugar evenly over batter. Bake cobble at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly. Top with scoop of ice cream if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
