5 Minute Double Layer

Chocolate Pie

2 cups Cold Milk

3 pkg. Chocolate flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Mix

1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip, divided in half

1 unbaked Pie Crust

In a large bowl, beat Milk and Pudding mix with wire whisk for 1 min. Mixture will be very thick. Whisk in half the cool whip. Spread very carefully into pie crust. Spread remaining cool whip over the top. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 10 servings.
