Corn Casserole

3/4 stick of Butter

2 cans Whole Kernel Corn, drained

1/2 pint Whipping Cream

2 heaping teaspoons of Flour

Another 3/4 sticks of Butter

1 pack Ritz Crackers, 1 sleeve crushed
Melt 3/4 stick of butter in a casserole dish. Add flour and mix well. Drain corn and add to dish. Pour whipping cream over corn and stir. Melt second 3/4 stick of butter and pour over crushed crackers. Sprinkle cracker mixture over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
