Banana-Peanut Butter

Cream Pie

9" Pie Crust, cook at 350 degrees for 10 mins. set aside

3/4 cup Brown Sugar

3 oz. softened Cream Cheese

1 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

8 oz. container of Cool Whip

1-1/2 cups Banana, sliced

Chocolate Syrup to drizzle over top of pie

Combine brown sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and peanut butter in a medium size bowl and beat with mixer until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Place sliced bananas over bottom of prepared crust. Spread brown sugar/peanut butter mix over bananas. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Place pie in freezer for 8 hours. Take pie out 30 mins. before serving to allow for partial thawing. Slice and serve.

TIP: You can use any sugar substitute along with reduced fat cream cheese and peanut butter.
