Sour Cream Bundt Cake

2 cups Flour

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

2 sticks Unsalted Butter, softened

1-3/4 cups Sugar

2 Eggs

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 cup Sour Cream

3 tbsp. Jam, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously butter a 9" bundt pan; dust with flour. Whisk flour, baking powder and salt. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time, beat in vanilla and sour cream. Gently mix in flour. Spoon 1/3 of mix into the pan, dot with jam and top with remaining batter. Bake 60-70 min. Cool for 5 min. unmold onto rack and cool completely.

Makes 16 servings.
