Melting Chocolate Cake

7 Eggs
2-1/2 sticks Butter
3 cups Sugar
1-1/2 cups Flour
1-1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Mix 4 eggs and sugar together, whisking for a few min. Add flour. Add other 3 eggs. Pour this mix into the melted chocolate mix. Stir to combine. Pour mix into 10 Ramekin cups. Place cups into a shallow pan of water and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 min. After 10 min., open oven and move outside cups to inside, and inside cups to outside. Return to oven and bake last 5-10 min. Serve with homemade vanilla ice cream. Garnish with powder sugar.
