A B C Salad

1 Ripe Avocado, diced
2 (15 oz) cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained
2 (15 oz) cans Whole Kernel Corn
1 med. Bell Pepper, diced
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
Juice from 1 small Lime
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all vegetables in large bowl. Stir in lime juice and seasonings, mixing to blend.

Yield: 10-12 servings.
