Sour Cream Coffee Cake

2 cups All Purpose Flour
1-1/2 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. each: Salt and Cinnamon
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 cup Flour
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine, eggs, sour cream, yogurt, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients until moistened. In small bowl, combine streusel ingredients. Spoon half batter into 13x9" glass baking dish sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle 1/2 streusel over batter. Top with remaining batter and streusel. Bake 30-35 min. or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool.

Makes 20 servings.
