Bread Pudding

1 c Eggs
1-1/3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Qt. Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 oz. Triple Sec
1/3 cup Baking Sugar
1/3 cup Raisins
1 loaf Stale, Day-old Bread, cubed
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts

Place bread in 10x14" baking pan. Mix eggs, cream, milk, sugars, cinnamon, baking powder, and triple sec in large bowl. Pour over bread, smash down and knead between fingers until bread soaks up all the mix. Cover and set aside for 1 hr. Be sure there are no pieces of white bread showing in the mixture, just mix more to completely incorporate all the pieces. After 1 hr., mix in walnuts and raisins. Mix well and pat mixture down even in pan. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees for 45 min. Uncover and bake for 15 more min. When finished baking pour warm glaze over hot pudding and set in fridge to cool.

Bring 3/4 cup Buttermilk and 3/4 cup Sugar to a slow boil for 10-15 min, then pour over hot pudding.
