Puff Mamas

1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/8 tsp. Almond Extract
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 can Large Biscuits (10)
4 oz. Cream Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut cream cheese into 10 cubes. Separate biscuits and press each one into a 3" circle. Mix almond and vanilla extracts with the melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Dip each cream cheese cube in butter mix, then in sugar mix, and then place in center of biscuit. Fold dough over and cover completely, pinching to seal. Shape into a ball and roll in butter mix and then sugar mix. Place seam side down in ungreased muffin pan. Bake 10-12 min. Remove and cool on rack.
