Creamy Hash Brown


1 lb Frozen Diced Hash Browns
1/4 c Butter or Margarine, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken, Mushroom, or Celery Soup
1 c Sour Cream
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/4 c Chopped Onion
1 c Cornflake Crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 4 tbsp butter in a 13x9 baking dish. Put frozen hash browns into dish. In large bowl, blend together soup, sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and onion. Pour over potatoes. Combined remaining melted butter with cornflake crumbs until moist. Sprinkle over potato mix. Cover with foil and bake 30 min covered. Remove foil and bake 15 min uncovered.
