Beer Burgers

1 lb Ground Beef
1 small Onion, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/4 c Beer

Preheat outdoor grill for medium-high and lightly oil grate. Mix ground beef, onion, garlic, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix in beer until absorbed by meat mix. Form into patties. Cook on preheated grill until burgers are cooked to desired doneness, about 5 min per side for well done. An instant read thermometer inserted into center should read 160 degrees F.
