Terribly Terrific


1 c Unsalted Butter (not margarine)

2 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 c Brown Sugar

40 Saltine Crackers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lay a flat layer of crackers out on the foil. Melt the sugar and butter until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5-6 min, or until mix is thick and sugar is dissolved. Pour the mix over crackers and spread evenly. Bake 8-10 min, or until toffee becomes bubbly. Remove pan from oven and let sit 3-5 min. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let melt. Spread chocolate into an even layer. Cool. Break into pieces.
