Spicy Bacon Deviled


12 Eggs

4 slices Bacon

1/2 c Mayonnaise

2 tbsp finely Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 tbsp Spicy Mustard

1 tbsp Wasabi Paste
Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water and 1 tsp baking soda. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let eggs stand in hot water 15 min. Remove eggs from water, cool under cold running water, and peel. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks to a small bowl and mash. Reserve hollow egg whites. Fry bacon in a skillet on med-high heat, turning occasionally, until browned. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble. Reserve small amount of bacon and cheddar cheese in separate bowls. Stir remainder into mashed yolks with mayonnaise. Stir in mustard and wasabi. Fill egg whites with spoonful of mix and then sprinkle with reserved bacon and cheese.
