Crescent Sausage Bites

1 lb Sausage (pork or turkey)

8 oz pkg Cream Cheese

2 pkgs Crescent Rolls

dash Salt & Pepper

In a saute pan, brown sausage. Drain. Add dash of salt and pepper. Blend in cream cheese until cheese is melted. Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls and place on baking sheet. With fingers, gently press seams together to seal them. Spread sausage mix evenly over rolled dough, leaving 1/2" border along edges. Unroll remaining roll package and place on top of sausage mix. Press edges together to seal. Gently press seams together. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min, or until dough is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve.
