Slow Cooker Cheesy

Potato Soup

32 oz bag Frozen, Diced Southern Style Hash Browns
1/2 c Chopped Onion
1 c Diced Celery
1 Qt Chicken Broth
1 c Water
1 c Milk
3 tbsp Flour
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c Real Bacon Bits
4 med Green Onions, chopped
In crock pot, mix potatoes, onion, celery, broth, and water. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. In small bowl, mix flour into milk. Stir into potato mix. Increase heat setting to high. Cover and cook 20-30 min or until mix thickens. Stir in cheese until melted. Garnish individual bowls with bacon and green onions.
