Pumpkin Pie

16 oz can Pumpkin

14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk

2 Eggs

1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

9 inch Frozen Pie Crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, and spice in large bowl until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Place dish on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 15 min then reduce temperature of oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 min longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with Cool Whip on top. Makes 8 servings.
