Farmhouse Meat Muffins

1 lb Ground Meat
1/2 c Ketchup
3 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tube refrigerated Biscuits
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Brown meat and drain fat. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder until smooth. Add mix to meat. With rolling pan, flatten biscuits until about 5" in diameter. Place biscuits in a muffin tin. Fill each cup with meat mix and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min.
