Lucious Pie

1 (20 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, not drained
1 (6 oz) box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 (8 oz) carton Sour Cream
4 oz Cool Whip
1 (8 oz) can Sliced Pineapple
Maraschino Cherries, for decoration
1 Graham Cracker Crust

Mix 1st 4 ingredients & pour into prepared crust. Cut each pineapple slice in half, place around top of pie, and place a cherry in each circle of each pineapple. Top with toasted coconut if desired. Toast the coconut in the microwave 1-2 min, stirring often. Refrigerate pie overnight. To give crust a baked flavor, lightly spread 1 beaten egg over crust and bake at 375 degrees for 5 min.
