3-Ingredient Cobbler

20-24 oz Frozen Fruit of your choice, not thawed

1 box White Cake mix

12 oz Seltzer (carbonated water)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place frozen fruit evenly in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. In medium size bowl, lightly mix together powdered cake mix and seltzer. Pour over the frozen fruit and bake uncovered on center rack for 55-60 min or until golden brown. Serve warm. Goes great with ice cream. Serves 9-12.
