Fat Old Lady Lemon

Pound Cake

3 sticks Butter, softened
1 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese, softened
3 c Sugar
6 Eggs, at room temperature
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
zest of 1 Lemon
3 c All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 t Salt

1-1/2 c Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Milk

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. In electric mixer, cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Keep the mixer on low and add eggs 1 at a time. Add lemon juice and zest and combine well. Add flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix until well combined, careful not to over mix. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1.5 hours, until golden brown and knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool 5 min and remove from pan. To make glaze, stir together powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency. For thicker glaze, use less milk. When cake is cooled, drizzle glaze over top.
