16 oz Elbow Macaroni

1 lb Lean Ground Beef

1 large Onion, chopped
2 c Tomato Sauce
9 oz Mushrooms, drained, sliced
2 tsp Minced Garlic
Salt & Pepper, to taste
14.5 oz Stewed Tomatoes
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook 8-10 min. or until el dente. Drain and place in a large saucepan. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown beef on med. heat. Just before meat is browned, stir in onion. Add beef mix to pasta, stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, and stewed tomatoes. Cook on low heat 10-15 min or until heated through
