Crescent Breakfast


1 lb Pork Sausage

2 cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls

4 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
pinch Pepper
1 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 c Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 c Butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a pan, cook sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Remove from pan and drain on a plate with paper towels. In medium bowl, whisk eggs, salt, and pepper. Add sausage. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Press 1 roll of crescents into bottom, pinching closed any cut seams. Pour sausage and egg mix over crescent. Put in oven for 10 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheeses. Place 2nd roll of crescents on top, pinching together seams. Spread melted butter on top. Bake 10 more min or until golden brown.
