Crescent Roll Pizza

Roll Ups

3-5 oz Pepperoni slices (about 42)

1-1/2 c Shredded Pizza Cheese

1-1/2 c Pizza Sauce

2 cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls

1 tbsp Butter, melted

1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate 1 can of dough into 4 rectangles. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange rectangles perpendicular to each other to form a cross. Corners of 1 side should touch while leaving square space in center. Separate dough from 2nd can into 4 more rectangles. Arrange into an X that overlaps the cross, leaving a circle open in the center. Spread pizza sauce on dough in a circle, about 2-3 inches wide, then lay pepperoni slices and top and cover with cheese. Bring each dough rectangle hanging over side of pan up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until filling is enclosed. Gently separate dough perforations until filling peeks through. Brush top of dough with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 20-25 min or until dough is golden brown. Cool 5-10 min before cutting.
