Sunday Morning


1 can Buttermilk Biscuits
1 lb Breakfast Sausage, cooked and drained
1 c each Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese, shredded
6 Eggs
3/4 c Milk
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Cut biscuits up into 6-8 pieces each. Place in greased 8x8 pan. Spread browned sausage over biscuits. Beat eggs and milk with salt and pepper, then pour over biscuits and sausage. Add cheese on top. Bake in a 400-425 degree oven for 30-35 min.
