Cookie Cups

1 roll Cookie Dough (Sugar or Chocolate Chip)

1 c Chopped Pecans or Walnuts
6 Peanut Butter Cups or Rolos
Cut the cookie dough into equal disk slices. Dip each slice into chopped nuts. Place candy in middle of slice, cover with another slice, and roll into a ball. Dip top of ball into chopped nuts and drop into a muffin cup liner. Lightly grease a muffin pan if you prefer not to use liners. Place 1 rolled up cookie in each section. Bake cups at 325 degrees for 12-15 min. Remove from pan and cool.
