Breakfast Sausage

1 1/4 pound turkey breast

1 teaspoon rubbed or ground sage

1/4 ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper

In a large bowl, combine turkey and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 12- 1.25 ounce patties. Heat skillet sprayed with Pam. Add patties and cook thoroughly until no longer pink inside. Uncooked patties can be frozen.

1.5 ounce patty = 1/2 protein
