Pineapple Sunshine



1 box Yellow Cake Mix

4 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1 (8 oz) can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
1 (8 oz) container Whipped Topping, thawed
1 small box Vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz) can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and pineapple with juice. Mix well. Pour into prepared baking pan and bake 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely. In medium bowl, fold together whipped topping, pudding mix, and pineapple with juice. Spread over cooled cake.
