Bacon Cheese Muffins

1 lb Bacon

4 c All-Purpose Flour

2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Eggs
2 c Milk
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
Cook bacon in a large skillet over med-high heat until crisp, about 10 min. Drain bacon on paper towels and crumble when cool. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 24 muffin cups with cooking spray. Mix flour, cheese, baking powder, garlic salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Beat eggs, milk, and vegetable oil together in a small bowl; stir into flour mix just until moistened. Gently fold bacon through batter. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups. Bake in oven until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, 15-20 min.
