Baked Apple Pie Roll


10 slices white sandwich bread
1 can apple pie filling
1/3 c melted butter
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut crusts off bread and roll each slice flat with a rolling pin. Combine cinnamon and sugar on a small plate. Pour the apple pie filling onto a plate and chop up the apple chunks into smaller pieces. Spread about 2 tbsp filling on each slice of bread and roll up. Pour butter into a small dish and roll each rolled up bread slice into butter, then in cinnamon sugar. Place seam side down on a parchment lined pan and bake 15 min or until brown and crispy. Serve warm.
