Turkey Chili

6 oz. Ground Turkey Breast
5 Green Onions (chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic (crushed)
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Morton's Lite Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano Leaves
Dash of Red Pepper Sauce
1 Small Tomato (chopped)
1 Cup Herbox very low sodium Beef Broth
Brown Meat in Dutch Oven along with onion and garlic. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer covered until tomatoes are tender. *This is a single serving and it counts as 1 protein and 2 vegetables.
