Crock Pot Chocolate Chip Cake

1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix (18.25 oz)

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and vanilla extract in a large bowl.  Add 1 cup of water and beat on low speed until blended.  Stop and scrape sides of bowl, increase speed to medium until ingredients come together.  Scrape sides again and beat for 2 minutes.  Spray sides and bottom of cooker with non-stick spray.  Transfer mixture to crock pot and cover.  Cook until center puffs up and pulls away from sides.  3 /12 hours on high or 6 1/2 hours on low.

16 oz. carton sour cream. 
1 pkg (6 oz) chocolate chips
1 box Instant ?Chocolate Pudding (small)
4 large eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Non-stick spray for crock pot
1 cup water
