Cajun Pinwheels




1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

Combine cream cheese, spices, olives, onions, cheese, and shrimp in a small bowl. Stir well. Spread over each tortilla, then roll tightly. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge at least 2 hours. Slice rolls 1/2" thick and serve on platter.

Dash of Salt & Pepper
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 c Black Olives, diced
1/4 c Green Olives, diced
2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
1 c Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
1 lb Cooked Salad Shrimp, deveined & chopped
7 Flour Tortillas, room temperature
