Spring Casserole

 

Ingredients

Instructions

1/4 Cup Butter
1 Pound Zucchini Squash (sliced)
1 Cup Green Pepper (diced)
1/2 Pound Mushrooms (sliced)
1 Clove of Garlic
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts

In large skillet, melt butter then sauté squash, green pepper and garlic until almost tender, tossing well. Stir in the walnuts, serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
