Oatmeal Pie




1 cup Milk
4 Eggs
2 cups Sugar
1 stick Butter, melted
1-1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Sat
1-1/2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 pkg. (7 oz.) Shredded Coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, butter, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Stir in oats and coconut. Divide the batter between 2 pie shells and bake 40-45 min. until evenly brown on top. Cool at least 1 hr before cutting.
