Beefy-Pork Cheese Dip




1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. Pork Sausage
1 med. Onion, finely chopped
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes w/ Chilis
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb. Velveta Cheese, cubed

Brown beef and sausage in a skillet until cooked. Remove from pan and set aside. In same skillet, saute onion until tender. Drain onion on paper towel and add to cooked meats. Add this mix to a crock pot that you have lined with an oven baking bag. Stir in soup and velveta cheese, then heat on medium heat until cheese melts. Stir and turn to low. Serve with chips.
