Quick Cinnamon Monkey Bread




2/3 Cup Chopped Pecans
3 Cans Homestyle Biscuits (10 per can)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.  Use a non-stick spray to grease a large bundt pan.  Sprinkle half the Pecans in the bottom of the pan.  Cut the biscuits into quarters with scissors.  Combine Cinnamon & Sugar, then toss biscuits into mixture to coat.  Layer the biscuits in pan alternating with the remaining pecans.  Melt Butter & Brown Sugar together and pour over biscuits.  Bake 30 to 40 minutes.  Invert onto a serving dish.
