Easy Meatball Bubble Biscuits




1 (12 oz) can Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate biscuits, then cut each in half. You should have 20 pieces. Gently roll a biscuit piece into a ball and flatten in palm of your hand. Place piece of string cheese and 1 meatball half into the biscuit and wrap remaining dough around the filling and seal edges. Place seam side down in 9" round cake pan. Repeat for remaining meatballs. Lightly mist biscuits with olive oil cooking spray or brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Bake 18-23 min or until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce.

10 frozen, fully cooked, Italian-style Meatballs, thawed and cut in half
4 sticks String Cheese, cut into 5 pieces
1 tbsp Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 c Marinara Sauce
