Cheeseburger Noodles




1 lb. Ground Chuck
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 small can Tomato Paste
2-3 cans water
1 cup American Cheese, diced
1 cup uncooked Egg Noodles, medium size
1/2 cup Ripe Olives, sliced
Salt & Pepper to taste
grated American Cheese, for garnish

Brown meat with celery, cover pan and simmer 10 mins., drain grease. Add tomato paste, water, diced American cheese, uncooked noodles, olives, salt and pepper. Simmer covered until noodles are cooked, about 30 mins. Garnish with extra American cheese. Serve with peas, salad and crescent rolls.
