Family Meatloaf




1-1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir the ground beef, crushed crackers, cheddar cheese, and onion soup mix in a large bowl until well combined. Whisk the eggs, ketchup, and steak sauce in smaller bowl until smooth. Mix the egg mix into meat until evenly combined. If mix seems dry, add a small amount of water. Press into 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven until meatloaf reaches 160 degrees and is no longer pink in center, about 45-60 min.

1/2 c Crushed Buttery Round Crackers (Ritz)
3/4 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 (1 oz) pkg Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c Ketchup
2 tbsp Steak Sauce
