Foil-Packed Chicken & Mushroom Dinners




1 6oz. Pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
6 Small Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
4 Slices Smoked Ham (Chopped up)
1 Can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 3/4 Cups Water
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
1 Cup Frozen Peas
6 Sheets Heavy Duty Foil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix stuffing with 1 1/2 Cups of water.  Place an even amount of stuffing in center of each sheet of foil.  Lay Chicken, Ham, Mushrooms and Peas on top of stuffing.  Mix soup with 1/4 Cup of water and pour over each pack.  Bring sides of foil together and double fold top and ends to seal pack, leaving room for heat circulation inside.  Bake 30-35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.  Remove from oven.  Let stand 5 minutes.  Place pack directly on dinner plate.  Packs are hot so cut slits into foil to release steam before opening.  Makes 6 servings.
