Pecan Pie Muffins

1 c Light Brown Sugar, packed

1/2 c All Purpose Flour

1 c Pecans, chopped
2/3 c Butter, softened
2 whole Eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pans. In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour, and pecans. In separate bowl, beat butter and eggs until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients until just combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups. Each cup should be about 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 min. Cool on wire racks.
