Meatball Vegetable Soup




1 can ready to eat French Onion Soup

In large pot, combine soup, potatoes, 1-1/2 cups of water, the tomatoes with liquip, vegetables, meatballs, and black pepper.

Cover. Over high heat, bring to boil and cook until meatballs are heated through and flavors blend. About 15 mins. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Makes 4 servings.

1 can sliced Potatoes, drained
1 can diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano
1 pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1-1/2 cups Water
12 Frozen Meatballs, cut in half
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
