Irresistable Peanut Butter Cookies




3/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine peanut butter, crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at med. speed until well blended. Add the egg. Beat again until well blended. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with tines of a fork. Bake 7-8 mins. or until set and just beginning to brown. Cool 2 mins. on baking sheet. Remove cookies to cooling rack.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.

1/2 cup Butter Flavored Crisco
1-1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
3 tbs. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
1-3/4 cup Flour
3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
